How to Use

• Step 1:
  Take 3-5 ml of Asthijeewa Oil and gently massage for 10-15 minutes with your fingertips on the affected area. Repeat the application 3 times in a day.

• Step 2:
  Do hot fomentation by tapping the Asthijeewa Ayurvedic Massage Ball gently over the affected area. Massage the joints with the ball in a circular motion. Massage in the clockwise direction 5 times and then keep it still for a few seconds and then massage again in the anticlockwise direction 5 times.

Note*: For severe conditions use Asthijeewa Oil for 6 consecutive days. After each session leave the oil on the affected area for 30 minutes and wipe it off with a warm towel. Massage the joints with the Asthijeewa Ayurvedic Massage Ball in a circular motion. Massage in the clockwise direction 5 times and then keep it still for a few seconds and then massage again in the anticlockwise direction 5 times.
